                 Davos Resources plc ('Davos' or 'the Company')

                                 Notice of EGM

Following the publication of an admission document by the Company on 29 March
2007, the ordinary shares of the Company have been restored to trading in line
with AIM Rule 14. Further to the announcement on 29 March 2007, the Company will
be holding an EGM on 23 April 2007. On passing of the resolutions, the enlarged
share capital of the Company will be readmitted to trading on AIM on 24 April
2007.


The EGM will be held at the offices of Watson, Farley & Williams LLP, 15 Appold
Street, London EC2A 2HB at 10.00 a.m. on 23 April 2007.
