The Company announces that it received notification on 25 April 2006 that JP
Morgan Chase & Co are currently interested in 43,110,000 ordinary shares
representing approximately 10.84% of the total voting rights of the Company.


The Company also announces that it received notification on 30 April 2006 that
BlackRock Inc are currently interested in 20,000,000 ordinary shares
representing approximately 5.02% of the total voting rights of the Company.
