Holding in Company The Company was informed on 22 January 2008 that UBS Global Asset Management – Traditional no longer has a notifiable interest in the total voting capital of the Company. The Company was also informed on 22 January 2008 that UBS Global Asset Management Life Limited has an interest in 5,280,000 ordinary shares representing 6.62% of the total voting capital of the Company.
